OverWarden is self-hosted. Your game servers, worlds, backups, settings, players, and logs live on your own computer. We can't see any of it, and none of it is sent to us.
Purchases — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number. Our license server stores what a license needs to work: your email address, the plan you bought, your license key, and the names of the PCs you activate it on (so you can see and release your own seats).
Update checks — the app asks our download server whether a newer version exists. That's a plain web request; we don't log accounts or identities from it.
If you turn on AI features, the app talks directly to Anthropic with an API key you provide. That traffic goes from your PC to Anthropic — not through us. Anthropic's own privacy terms apply to it.
The site is static and sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Email support@overwarden.com — we'll answer, including deleting your license records if you ask (which deactivates the license).
